  • Infant Sleep Coaching

    My focus is on gentle, age appropriate sleep support that takes into account your child’s personality and temperament. To get the best rest possible from their sleep, without leaving your little one to cry it out and for you to do the same.

    My support is ideal for clients who need support with any of the following:

    Night wakings - Reducing night feeds - Nap refusal/short naps -Self-soothing - Separation anxiety - Developmental leaps impacting sleep - Unwanted feeding habits - Establishing routine - Working on sleep environment.

    I have put together a range of resources, tips and templates to help you overcome various challenges and to create routine.

  • Private and Small Group Tuition

    For older children in secondary school years 7 - 13. I am a qualified science teacher, with my PGCE from The University of Cambridge in Science with Biology specialism. I teach to A Level in private or small groups over Zoom for 60 minute lessons. I can help your child boost their confidence in the sciences or with preparation ahead of their GCSE or A Level examinations.
